About the Role
Oryx Gulf is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time, on-site position in Doha, Qatar, to provide direct patient care including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions in accordance with clinical protocols and best practices
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications and treatments, and document care accurately
- Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to support patient recovery and comfort
- Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment plans, and post discharge care
- Promote safety, infection control, and adherence to facility policies
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, quality improvement activities, and maintain professional competencies through ongoing education
Requirements
- Valid nursing license/registration and completion of an accredited nursing program (Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent preferred)
- Demonstrated clinical skills in patient assessment, medication administration, wound care, and monitoring of vital signs
- Strong knowledge of infection control practices, patient safety protocols, and evidence based nursing standards
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and respond calmly in high pressure or emergency situations
- Proficiency in medical documentation systems and basic computer literacy; experience with electronic health records is an advantage
- Commitment to ethical practice, cultural sensitivity, and maintaining patient confidentiality
- Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience in hospital or clinical settings is preferred

Role Description
- The Registered Nurse role at Oryx Gulf is a full time, on site position based in Doha, Qatar.
- The Registered Nurse provides direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions in accordance with clinical protocols and best practices.
