What your day could look likeAs a Registered Nurse, you'll play a vital role in delivering safe, compassionate care across either our residential aged care service or our sub-acute service with overnight aged care support responsibilities. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you'll help patients and residents achieve the best possible quality of life while contributing to a positive and collaborative care environment.Every day, you'll contribute by:Delivering evidence-based nursing care that supports the health, wellbeing and independence of patients and residents.Partnering with patients, residents, families and colleagues to develop and review care plans that achieve meaningful outcomes.Providing clinical leadership and guidance that supports safe, effective and person-centred care delivery.Identifying opportunities to strengthen quality, safety and continuous improvement across the service.Let's talk about you!You're a nurse who combines clinical expertise with genuine compassion.
