About the Role
Retrieve Mind Poly Clinic is seeking a DHA-licensed Registered General Nurse for a full-time, on-site role in Dubai Media City. The role combines clinical nursing, insurance coordination, and administrative support in a mental health clinic.

Responsibilities
- Perform nursing assessments including measurement and documentation of vital signs.
- Prepare patients for psychiatric, psychological, and allied health consultations.
- Assist clinicians during consultations and procedures when required.
- Maintain infection prevention and control standards throughout the clinic.
- Perform phlebotomy, specimen handling, and other nursing procedures where applicable.

Requirements
- Valid DHA Registered Nurse Licence.
- Minimum two years of nursing experience in the UAE.
- Previous experience working with medical insurance pre authorisations and healthcare insurance processes.
- Good understanding of DHA regulations and documentation standards.
- Experience using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience in psychiatry, psychology, or mental health services (preferred).
- Experience dealing with major UAE insurance providers and insurance portals (preferred).
- Familiarity with ICD 10 coding and healthcare billing processes (preferred).
- Knowledge of NABIDH documentation requirements (preferred).

- Retrieve Mind Poly Clinic is a specialist mental health clinic in Dubai providing comprehensive psychiatric, psychological, child and adolescent mental health, speech and language therapy, and psychological assessment services.
- Led by Dr. Aju Abraham, a UK CCST qualified Consultant Psychiatrist with over 30 years of international clinical experience.
Position Summary
- This is a diverse and rewarding role combining clinical nursing, patient care, insurance coordination, administrative support, and DHA compliance.
- The successful candidate will become an integral member of our multidisciplinary team and will help ensure excellent patient experience while supporting the smooth operation of our expanding specialist mental health practice.
Clinical Responsibilities

- Coordinate appointments, recalls, and follow up scheduling.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records using the clinic's EMR system.
- Assist with billing coordination and patient enquiries.
- Maintain confidentiality of all patient information.
- Coordinate referrals, laboratory requests, and medical reports where required.
- Assist with procurement, stock monitoring, and inventory management of clinical supplies.
DHA Compliance & Quality
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Health Authority regulations and clinic policies.
- Maintain documentation required for DHA inspections and audits.
- Assist with infection control records, incident reporting, quality assurance activities, and policy implementation.
- Maintain MSDS documentation and other mandatory regulatory records.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and accreditation activities.
- Keep updated with DHA regulations and complete all mandatory training requirements.
Essential Requirements
