About the Role
Kenvue is seeking a Regional Senior Brand Manager for the RAMET cluster to lead brand strategy, execution, and portfolio management for baby care. The role requires 8+ years of marketing experience in FMCG brand management, strategic thinking, and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities
- Implement brand strategy and execution planning
- Deliver in year NTS, GP & share targets and shape Y2 Y3 plans
- Partner with senior management, lead markets and cross functional teams to create robust End to End plans
- Conduct business reviews with markets to identify opportunities and revise plans
- Monitor market, brand performance, competitors, trends and consumer insights
- Lead the 3YOP Plan for Baby Care
- Work closely with EMEA squads to echo cluster needs for pipeline development, NPDs, NPIs, and innovations
- Lead E2E portfolio management, pricing, promotion and communication strategy across the cluster
- Deploy regional/global communication strategy and lead communication planning for the cluster
- Adapt or transcreate regional/global campaigns, partnering with agencies
- Act as brand equity guardian for the cluster, ensuring consistency across markets
- Collaborate with local Brand Activation teams and healthcare professional teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Marketing with progressive leadership roles
- Strong experience in FMCG brand management
- Ability to think strategically and creatively
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in both brand strategy and market execution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in developing regional (multi country) plans
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Fluent or Native English
- Travel up to 20% may be required

Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy Implementation and Execution Planning
- Full accountability to deliver in year NTS, GP & share targets and shape the Y2 Y3 plans
- Partners with senior management, lead markets and cross functional teams in creating robust End to End plans
- Conducts business reviews with the markets identifying new opportunities and the need to revise plans if necessary.
- Monitors market, brand performance, competitors, trends and consumer insights.
- Leads the 3YOP Plan for Baby Care.
- Works closely with EMEA squads to echo the needs of the cluster in regard to pipeline development, NPDs, NPIs, commercial innovations, assets / content /claims development for the cluster
- Leads & implements the E2E portfolio management, pricing, promotion and communication strategy across the cluster.
- Deploying regional/global communication strategy
- Leads the communication planning for the cluster (comms priorities, calendar, media strategy).
- Provides input to regional and global teams for all content development needs and requirements.
- Adapts or transcreates regional/global campaigns, partnering with agency to amplify these campaigns across the cluster.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in Marketing, with progressive leadership roles and a strong track record of business results.
- Strong experience in FMCG brand management is required.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively, and to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and use data to drive decision making.
- Experience in both brand strategy and market execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in developing regional (multi country) plans.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and programs.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Fluent or Native English is required.
- Travel up to 20% may be required
Desired Qualifications
- Master's or MBA is a plus.
- Experience working in a matrix organization is a plus.
- Experience on both regional and local roles is preferred.
- Experience working on baby care is preferred.
- Baby Care market knowledge of Middle East and/or Africa is a plus.
