Role Overview
Lead the real estate portfolio for a property data and analytics business across NSW and QLD.
Own regional sales performance, revenue growth, retention and product adoption across agency groups, franchise networks and independent agencies.
Combine hands-on commercial execution with team leadership, senior client relationships and market-informed sales action.
What You Will Do
- Lead and coach a regional sales team to achieve revenue, retention and engagement targets.
- Run pipeline, forecasting and performance review processes.
- Build portfolio plans prioritising growth, key accounts and risk.
- Partner with senior decision makers across the real estate market.
- Use data and customer insight to guide strategy and commercial decisions.
What You Will Bring
- Proven sales leadership or commercial management experience.
- A record of coaching teams to deliver revenue and retention targets.
- Strong commercial acumen across budgets, forecasting and portfolio health.
- Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and major customer groups.
- Comfort using CRM and reporting tools to drive accountability.
