Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition by prospecting and closing high value enterprise deals
- Articulate MinIO's value proposition for data infrastructure, AI/ML, and HPC to technical and executive stakeholders
- Own the full sales cycle from lead to close for large enterprise software deals
- Position MinIO against traditional storage vendors by demonstrating cloud native advantages
- Build and execute partner led co selling strategies with channel and alliance partners
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting
Requirements
- 15+ years of enterprise sales experience handling large deals in Public Sector & Critical National Infrastructure / Utilities
- Strong knowledge of storage, data infrastructure, data lakehouse, AI/ML, and HPC environments
- History of building co selling strategies with channel and alliance partners
- Proven ability to sell against legacy storage solutions
- Startup experience in fast paced entrepreneurial environments
- BA/BS in computer science, engineering, business, or related field; MBA preferred

About the Role

- We are seeking a technical, creative, and entrepreneurial Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia handling Public Sector & Critical National Infrastructure / Utilities.
What You Will Do
- Drive new business acquisition by prospecting and closing high value enterprise deals.
- Confidently articulate how MinIO delivers transformational outcomes for data infrastructure, AI/ML, and HPC.
- Own the full sales cycle from lead to close for large enterprise software deals.

Your Skills and Experience
