Job description

  • Retain existing accounts and develop new accounts in the assigned market segment for the carpet business
  • Keep an eye on market trends and report to management regularly
  • Conduct market research and analysis
  • Identify and effectively pursue relevant business opportunities
  • Meet or exceed sales targets with excellent customer service & market insights
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
  • Demonstrate professional know how and market sense
  • Establish long term partnerships with potential industry stakeholders, partners, and clients

Job requirement

  • Experience in sales within the Middle East region, KSA, is most preferable.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the related field preferred (Hospitality carpets, Carpet tiles, hard flooring (SPC), hospitality interior product experience (fabric, furniture, wall covering)
  • Has GOOD experience/connection with hospitality, international interior design, or hotel end users
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally for business purposes
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English
  • Possess strong sales techniques and sound financial sense
  • Positive, energetic, outgoing, possess a strong can do attitude, and can work independently
  • Eager to gain expert knowledge of the product, the market, and customers
  • Excellent team player and relationship builder with clients
  • Good people management and development skills
