About the Role
Carpets International Thailand PCL is hiring a Regional Sales Manager in Saudi Arabia to retain existing accounts, develop new business, and meet sales targets for hospitality carpets and flooring.

Responsibilities
- Retain existing accounts and develop new accounts in the assigned market segment for the carpet business
- Keep an eye on market trends and report to management regularly
- Conduct market research and analysis
- Identify and effectively pursue relevant business opportunities
- Meet or exceed sales targets with excellent customer service & market insights
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
- Demonstrate professional know how and market sense
- Establish long term partnerships with potential industry stakeholders, partners, and clients
Requirements
- Experience in sales within the Middle East region, KSA, is most preferable
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the related field preferred (Hospitality carpets, Carpet tiles, hard flooring (SPC), hospitality interior product experience)
- Has GOOD experience/connection with hospitality, international interior design, or hotel end users
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally for business purposes
- Strong communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English
- Possess strong sales techniques and sound financial sense
- Excellent team player and relationship builder with clients
- Good people management and development skills
