Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with national commercial objectives to achieve or exceed sales targets
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of pharmaceutical sales representatives
- Drive performance through clear objectives, KPIs, and regular performance reviews
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare stakeholders
- Partner cross functionally with Marketing & Medical Affairs
- Track sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools
- Analyze territory performance data to inform decision making and optimize resource allocation
- Monitor market dynamics, competitive activity, and industry trends
Requirements
- University degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field
- 7 10 years of pharmaceutical sales experience
- 3 5 years of sales leadership experience
- Proven success leading pharmaceutical sales teams and delivering against targets
- Strong experience with CRM systems and sales analytics
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Willingness to travel up to 40%
- Bilingual (English/French) considered a strong asset

About the Job
- Reporting to the National Sales Director, the Regional Sales Manager will drive regional sales performance, execute strategies, and lead a pharmaceutical sales team across Eastern Canada.
- This home based position requires 40% travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with national commercial objectives.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of pharmaceutical sales representatives.
- Drive performance through clear objectives, KPIs, and regular performance reviews.

Minimum Requirements
