• 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and expand the dealer network within the assigned region.
• Drive sell-in and sell-out performance to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure optimal stock availability and accurate demand forecasting.
• Maintain pricing discipline, product availability, and POS visibility.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
• Identify growth opportunities and increase market penetration.
• Guide and manage field sales teams for execution excellence.

• Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently.
• Experience in new project launches, market entry, or expansion initiatives will be a strong advantage.
