Responsibilities
- Independently manage sales presentations, contracts, and proposals; negotiate offers including prices, delivery times, and terms.
- Contribute to strategy development and implement it to reach strategic goals.
- Identify upgrading opportunities and use digital tools to attract new customers.
- Develop strategic goals for the Sales Area and break them into actionable sales and development activities.
- Plan and execute work to implement the Area strategy, including customer meetings and follow ups.
- Get measurements on site and put them into AutoCAD to make estimations and offers.
- Develop new leads and opportunities for upgrading to Special Steels in strategic segments.
- Continuously improve sales processes and document customer activities in Salesforce.
- Ensure sustainable business practices aligned with SSAB’s code of conduct.
- Respond to customer inquiries and build positive relationships.
- Refer customer feedback and competitor information to relevant internal teams.
Requirements
- University degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Civil, etc.).
- At least 4 years of experience in value creation sales.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills in English and preferably local language.
- Very good negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of business, finance, and strategic thinking.
- Having a valid driving license and willing to travel inside and if need the outside of country (especially Pakistan).

- Develop strategic goals for the Sales Area and break them into actionable sales and development activities.

- Independently set up sales presentations, contracts, and proposals; negotiate offers and monitor credit terms.
- Must be able to get measurements on site and able to put them into AutoCad and make the estimation and later to offer.
