Regional Sales Manager

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
• MBA is an added advantage and highly preferred
• Applicants with any bachelor’s degree and strong experience in construction or building material sales may also be considered
• At least 10 years of demonstrated experience in sales, preferably in the construction, infrastructure, or related industries

• Plan and implement marketing and business development initiatives in alignment with the company’s growth objectives and milestones
• Expand business operations within the assigned zone and secure project orders
• Participate in hiring and training Sales Engineers; manage their deployment, track performance, and ensure target achievement
• Build and maintain client relationships to secure projects, and ensure prompt payment collection

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
