Responsibilities
- Identify, pitch, and connect with potential retail shops, beauty distributors, and strategic partners globally
- Manage B2B sales pipeline end to end, handling inbound inquiries and proactive follow ups
- Coordinate international orders, invoicing, and shipments with logistics and finance teams
- Support product registration, custom requirements, and compliance for country launches
- Nurture long term relationships with international partners
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and suggest growth strategies
Requirements
- Professional fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken)
- Proven background in sales, account management, or customer facing roles
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience preferred
- Experience in beauty or cosmetics industry is a plus
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable managing basic invoicing, order tracking, and cross departmental coordination
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
