Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or MEP Engineering ( mechanical, electrical, plumbing), I ndustrial Engineer , or similar background .
• Project Management certification (preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD , BIM or similar design tools (preferred ). .
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to travel across the region

Key Skills

• Strong project and construction management capabilities, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Solid financial and budget management skills, including capex control and cost optimization.
• Ability to drive change and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving skills in complex construction and operational environments.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence decision-making.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay Range

• We anticipate the salary range to be $120,000-$150,000 USD. An individual’s compensation can vary based on several factors which include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions.
