Role Overview

  • Dynapac is seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Regional Product Support Specialist to support our dealer network and customers across the Middle East and Turkey.
  • The successful candidate will serve as the primary technical expert for Dynapac equipment, providing field troubleshooting through dealers, dealer coaching, warranty administration, machine commissioning, and technical liaison support.

Key Responsibilities Dealer Development & Coaching

  • Act as the primary product support & technical interface for the regional dealer network.
  • Coach dealers and customers on machine applications, best operating practices, and the safe and efficient use of Dynapac equipment.
  • Develop dealer service capabilities through hands on coaching and technical training, enhancing diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair competencies.
  • Conduct regular dealer visits to evaluate workshop standards, service quality, and technical competencies.
  • Support dealers and customers in implementing service best practices and improving customer support performance.

Key Responsibilities Technical Support & Service

  • Assist key customers and dealers during major projects and critical machine delivery.
  • Provide advanced technical support for Dynapac products.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex machine, hydraulic, electrical, electronic, and engine related issues in the field.
  • Support dealers and customers in troubleshooting machine breakdowns and performance concerns.

Key Responsibilities Warranty & Quality Management

  • Manage warranty claims review, validation, and submission through warranty management system in accordance with company policies.
  • Analyze warranty trends, product issues & collaborate with dealers and factories to drive corrective and preventive actions.
  • Maintain detailed technical reports and service documentation.

Key Responsibilities Dealer & Product Company Coordination

  • Serve as the key liaison between regional dealers & Dynapac Product Companies (PC).
  • Lead product introductions, investigations, technical solutions, product updates, and field actions.
  • Implement PC recommendations and technical campaigns within the region.

About You

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support, field service, or aftermarket operations within construction equipment, road machinery, or heavy equipment industries.
  • Hands on troubleshooting experience with hydraulic, electrical, electronic, and engine systems.
  • Experience with pavers, rollers, asphalt equipment, or similar heavy machinery is highly preferred.
  • Customer focused with strong problem solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively in the region.
  • Well organized with effective planning and prioritization abilities.
  • Positive, proactive, and solution oriented mindset.
  • Strong team player who performs well under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Arabic, Turkish, or French language skills would be advantageous.
