Position and Mission
Regional Product Manager responsible for the DTH product range across APAC, with a strong focus on the India market.
The mission is to deliver competitive and innovative productivity solutions, increase market share, improve profitability, and own the product lifecycle.
Strategy and Product Planning
- Develop APAC product strategy and roadmaps based on customers, applications, market segments, and competition.
- Analyze market attractiveness and Epiroc's ability to compete, then present clear strategy roadmaps.
- Generate and prioritize product ideas using customer applications, market changes, competitive offerings, and feedback.
- Develop three- to five-year product strategies and support portfolio planning with the Global Product Manager.
Development and Launch
- Define customer problems, minimum viable solutions, customer value, and business cases for prioritized ideas.
- Draft functional and technical specifications, set product targets, and make go or no-go recommendations.
- Create launch plans and coordinate with project management, R&D, sourcing, and manufacturing to meet specifications and timing.
- Provide customer value propositions and input for brochures, product literature, presentations, videos, animations, and case studies.
