Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced **Regional Payroll Finance Coordinator** to oversee payroll operations, manage financial reporting, and align payroll strategies with organizational goals.

This role requires strong analytical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver robust payroll and finance practices that support growth, compliance, and long-term competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Payroll Management**: Administer payroll processes across multiple regional offices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • **Financial Coordination**: Align payroll operations with financial reporting and compliance requirements.
  • **Risk Management**: Identify payroll-related risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  • **Compliance Oversight**: Ensure adherence to GCC labor laws, tax regulations, and financial standards.
  • **Innovation Leadership**: Drive adoption of ERP systems, digital payroll tools, and automation practices.
  • **Collaboration**: Partner with HR, finance, and operations teams to align payroll strategies with organizational objectives.
  • **Reporting**: Prepare detailed payroll and finance reports for senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7+ years of payroll or financial coordination experience, with at least 3 years in regional or multinational roles.
  • Strong knowledge of **payroll frameworks** and GCC regulatory environments.
  • Expertise in ERP systems, Excel, Power BI, and payroll management tools.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in multinational or regional organizations preferred.
