About the Role
Quilt seeks a Regional Partner Sales Manager to own the partner channel across the Pacific Northwest. You will grow existing certified partners and aggressively recruit new HVAC contractors, driving adoption of Quilt's next-generation heat pump systems.

Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage HVAC contractors, dealers, and distributors to become Quilt partners
- Lead discovery meetings, present partner program value proposition, and guide prospects through enrollment and onboarding
- Maintain a healthy, well qualified pipeline of partner prospects across the region
- Represent Quilt at regional HVAC trade events, contractor association meetings, and industry gatherings
- Meet and exceed quarterly targets for net new partner enrollments
- Serve as primary relationship owner for all certified Quilt partners in the Pacific Northwest
- Travel regularly to partner locations for in person check ins, sales coaching, and ride alongs
- Deliver product and sales training to partner teams covering technical install quality and customer facing sales techniques
- Monitor partner metrics and develop action plans to accelerate underperforming partners
- Coordinate with marketing team to ensure partners leverage co op funds, lead programs, and marketing assets
- Exceed partner reorder revenue targets and achieve monthly blended installation rate goals
- Document what works and contribute to partner success playbooks
Requirements
- 5+ years in channel sales, territory sales, or business development; preferably in HVAC, building products, or related trade industry
- Real fluency in ductless heat pump systems
- Existing network of HVAC contractors and dealers in the Pacific Northwest is a strong advantage
- True hunter farmer mindset with proven ability to manage and grow existing accounts while prospecting and closing new partners
- Comfortable being on the road 50 75% of the time throughout the region
- Credible communicator across full range of partner contacts
- Self directed and territory minded; own pipeline, manage schedule, hold self accountable

The Role
- As Regional Partner Sales Manager for the Pacific Northwest, you will own Quilt's partner channel across Oregon, Washington, Iowa, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, British Columbia and Alberta.
- This is a high impact, dual mandate role: grow existing certified partners while aggressively identifying and converting new partners.
- You'll be on the road regularly doing ride alongs, training sessions, and walking into contractor shops.
What You'll Do — Hunt: Build the Partner Base
- Prospect and engage HVAC contractors, dealers, and distributors across the Pacific Northwest.
- Lead discovery meetings, present the Quilt Partner Program value proposition, and guide prospects through enrollment.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of partner prospects.
- Represent Quilt at regional HVAC trade events and industry gatherings.
- Meet and exceed quarterly targets for net new partner enrollments.
What You'll Do — Farm: Grow Existing Partners
- Serve as primary relationship owner for all certified Quilt partners in the Pacific Northwest.
- Travel regularly for in person check ins, sales coaching, and ride alongs.
- Deliver product and sales training to partner teams.
- Monitor partner metrics and develop action plans to accelerate underperforming partners.
- Coordinate with marketing team to ensure partners leverage co op funds and marketing assets.
Drive Regional Performance & Cross functional Collaboration
- Exceed partner reorder revenue targets and achieve monthly blended installation rate goals.
- Exceed new partner acquisition and initial stocking order revenue targets.
- Document what works and contribute to partner success playbooks.
- Bring structured feedback from the field to internal teams.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in channel sales, territory sales, or business development; preferably in HVAC, building products, or related trade industry.
- Real fluency in ductless heat pump systems.
- Existing network of HVAC contractors and dealers in the Pacific Northwest is a strong advantage.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: CAD 100,000 – CAD 125,000 (commensurate with experience).
