Responsibilities
- Lead and drive operational excellence across multiple coffee stores within the assigned region.
- Ensure consistent execution of brand standards and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Maximize sales, profitability, and operational performance.
- Oversee daily operations including store performance, quality assurance, inventory management, labor productivity, food safety, and cost control.
- Develop high performing teams through coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Support new store openings and implement operational improvement initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide hands on leadership through regular field visits.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 8 years of progressive operational leadership experience within the coffee industry, with strong preference for specialty coffee.
- Proven experience managing multiple store locations in a fast paced, customer focused environment.
- Previous experience with international coffee companies or globally recognized food and beverage brands is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of coffee shop operations, beverage quality standards, customer service excellence, and operational best practices.
- Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and developing high performing teams across multiple locations.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, cost control, labor productivity, budgeting, and financial performance analysis.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem solving, and decision making skills.
- Proficiency in operational reporting, POS systems, and business performance analysis.
- Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region and provide hands on operational support.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or related field is preferred.

Role Description
- The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for leading and driving operational excellence across multiple coffee stores within the assigned region.
- The role ensures consistent execution of brand standards, delivers exceptional customer experiences, and maximizes sales, profitability, and operational performance.
- The Regional Operations Manager oversees all aspects of daily operations, including store performance, quality assurance, inventory management, labor productivity, food safety, and cost control.
- Working closely with Store Managers, the role develops high performing teams through coaching, performance management, and succession planning while ensuring compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- The position also supports new store openings, implements operational improvement initiatives, monitors key performance indicators, and provides hands on leadership through regular field visits to ensure consistent execution and continuous improvement across all locations.
