Regional Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced

to lead and drive retail operations across multiple fashion retail stores in the UAE and GCC region.

The role will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, consistent customer experience, achievement of sales targets, store profitability, compliance, and team performance across the region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale retail operations for a fashion or lifestyle brand, with proven experience handling multiple stores, leading large teams, and driving business growth in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage end-to-end operations across multiple retail stores in UAE/GCC markets.
• Drive sales performance, productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, visual merchandising, and operational SOPs.
• Monitor store KPIs, budgets, inventory management, shrinkage, and compliance metrics.
• Lead, coach, and develop Area Managers, Store Managers, and frontline teams.
• Partner with merchandising, supply chain, HR, and marketing teams to optimize business performance.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and expansion initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, health & safety standards, and company policies.

• 10+ years of retail operations experience, with at least 3-5 years managing multi-store operations in Fashion/Lifestyle retail.
• Strong understanding of GCC retail markets, customer behavior, and mall operations.
• Demonstrated leadership capability with experience managing large teams across geographies.
• Excellent analytical, commercial, and stakeholder management skills.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate to UAE.
