We are at the forefront of the Saudi mining revolution.
We are looking for a high-impact
Regional Marketing & Sales Manager
to lead the commercialization of our processed
Pyrophyllite
portfolio.
Your mission is to position our value-added, micronized minerals as the premier functional filler and refractory solution across the GCC.
You will be responsible for moving the company beyond the ceramics and white cement market, establishing our dominance in the
Paint, glass, Paper, Plastic
,
refractory industries…… etc.,
where pyrophyllite serves as a superior, cost-effective alternative to imported talc and kaolin.
1. Cross-Industry Market Development
- Paper Industry:
- Position processed ore as a "pitch control" agent and high-opacity filler to enhance brightness and ink receptivity in premium paper products.
• Paint & Coatings
Strategically market pyrophyllite as a high-performance extender to improve rheology, scrub resistance, and as a
Titanium Dioxide (Tio2)
&
Talc
- spacer to reduce formulation costs.
- Refractory Industry,
- to be an ingredient alumina based refractory material and bricks.
• Plastics & Polymers
- Develop use-cases for pyrophyllite in automotive and construction plastics, highlighting its ability to increase mechanical strength and thermal stability.
- Agrochemicals:
- Market the mineral as a chemically inert carrier for pesticides and a soil conditioner for the regional agricultural sector.

3. Value-Chain Optimization
- Design "Added-Value" pricing models based on the micronization levels and purity of the refined ore.
- Conduct "Gap Analysis" on regional imports to identify where local manufacturers are overpaying for minerals we can produce in our mine and Facility .
• GCC Territory Management
Direct sales operations across the Kingdom and the GCC (UAE, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain), targeting major industrial zones like
Yanbu, Jubail, and Jebel Ali

• Consultative Technical Sales
Lead the technical approval process with R&D departments and Chief Chemists at manufacturing plants.
• Key Account Acquisition
- Secure multi-year supply contracts with regional giants in the paint (e.g., Jotun, Hempel) and ceramic sectors.
- Sales Intelligence:
- Utilize software tools to map the entire industrial mineral landscape in the Middle East.
