About the Role
Voye Global seeks a Regional Manager to drive corporate sales of eSIM and roaming solutions in the UAE. The role involves building the sales pipeline, engaging corporates, and leveraging existing telecom industry relationships.

Responsibilities
- Own and build the UAE corporate sales pipeline for Voye Data Pool / Voye for Business, from prospecting through closing
- Identify and engage UAE based corporates with a compelling case for switching from standard carrier roaming to Voye's pooled data solution
- Leverage existing network and relationships to generate warm introductions and accelerate the sales cycle
- Educate prospective clients on cost comparisons, ROI, and total cost of ownership versus their current roaming spend
- Structure commercial proposals and negotiate contract terms with corporate procurement, IT, and finance stakeholders
- Represent Voye at regional industry events, telecom forums, and corporate networking circles
- Feed market intelligence back to global product and BD teams
- Work independently while coordinating with Voye's global business development, marketing, and product teams
Requirements
- 5+ years in the UAE telecom industry, MUST have direct experience at Etisalat, du, or a related roaming aggregator
- Proven track record as an Account Manager or Sales Manager selling roaming/connectivity solutions to corporate clients
- Solid working knowledge of corporate roaming pricing structures and ARPU dynamics in the UAE market
- Demonstrated rolodex of corporate decision makers (procurement, IT/telecom heads, finance, travel managers)
- Self starter who can work independently and close deals with minimal hand holding
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred

The Opportunity
- Corporate roaming costs in the UAE are among the highest in the world, and local enterprises are actively looking for smarter, more cost effective alternatives to their existing carrier plans.
- We're building our UAE presence from the ground up and are looking for a Regional Manager to independently drive corporate sales of Voye Data Pool / Voye for Business across the market.
- Someone who already knows the players, understands the pricing, and can open doors from day one.
What You Will Do

What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in the UAE telecom industry, MUST have direct experience at Etisalat, du, or a related roaming aggregator.
- A proven track record as an Account Manager or Sales Manager selling roaming/connectivity solutions to corporate clients not just consumer sales.
- Solid working knowledge of corporate roaming pricing structures and ARPU dynamics in the UAE market.
- A demonstrated rolodex of corporate decision makers (procurement, IT/telecom heads, finance, travel managers).
- A self starter who can work independently and close deals with minimal hand holding this is a hunter role, not a farmer role.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred (not mandatory given relevant experience).
