Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred
- MBA or advanced business qualification is advantageous
- 8+ years of experience in operations management, business management, regional leadership, or related roles
- 3+ years of experience managing multiple locations, business units, territories, or regional operations preferred
- Proven track record of driving business growth, operational excellence, and team performance
- Strong understanding of strategic planning, financial management, sales operations, and organizational leadership
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making abilities
- Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and large scale operational initiatives
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while effectively leading geographically distributed teams
