Regional Manager 1

• Own regional accountability for daily operational readiness on assigned DFW widebody contracts.
• Ensure teams, Leads, equipment, supplies, and required documentation are staged prior to aircraft arrival on every assigned turn.
• Oversee cabin cleaning and pre-departure security-search execution in accordance with airline, TSA, airport, and FoxTrot requirements.
• Ensure required security-search certifications, training records, and operational documentation are accurately completed, current, and audit-ready.
• Hold the DFW Operations Manager, Supervisors, and Leads accountable for independent execution of their responsibilities without escalation for routine decisions.
• Verify that the daily handoff from daytime leadership to evening and night leadership is completed and that unresolved issues have a named owner and an action plan.
• Monitor labor utilization against widebody contract requirements and address overtime, staffing gaps, and operational inefficiencies before they affect service.
• Support the launch and scaling of new widebody stations, contracts, and program expansions within the region.

• Recommend equipment needs and capital improvements while considering financial goals.
• Review supply locker audits for safety and stock compliance; ensure all equipment is in good working order.
• Ensure widebody-specific supplies, kits, and equipment are stocked, staged, and serviceable ahead of scheduled aircraft.
• Schedule supply needs for ad hoc projects and assist with equipment or supply issues as required.

• Engage in customer troubleshooting, manage client relations, and create weekly location report cards and quality reports.
• Maintain working relationships with airline station leadership and airport partners regarding schedule changes, delays, staffing, and operational requirements.
• Generate estimates or pricing for new customers and ensure timely and accurate completion of closeouts, debriefs, and audits.
• Conduct quality and compliance audits and ensure deficiencies are corrected immediately.
• Monitor timecard outliers, approve/deny manager PTO requests, and ensure compliance with necessary forms.
• Conduct quarterly reviews of OMs, address quality concerns, and hold the team accountable for quality standards.

• Coordinate training needs between manager and supervisors and the Director of Training and Safety.
• Identify and address training deficiencies; ensure compliance with training plans.
• Ensure security-search and airline-specific certifications are completed before employees are assigned to regulated work, and that records are maintained.
• Develop Operations Managers and Supervisors into leaders who can run their operation without daily direction.
• Maintain a communicative relationship with customers, co-workers, and management.

• Hit defined revenue targets, generate new leads, and ensure established revenue goals are met.
• Monitor SharePoint for job scheduling and crew allocation, update sales sheets in real-time.
• Understand contract specifics and make decisions based on the P&L, including staffing, planning, expansion, and purchases.

• Audit company-provided vehicles for safety, maintenance, and cleanliness; ensure timely maintenance with a budget up to $1,000.
• Be trained in accident protocol and ensure communication of deficiencies to ownership.
• Escalate material safety, compliance, staffing, customer, or operational risks to Regional and Executive leadership.
• Dedicate six days a month to travel and ensure 100% checklist compliance, revenue and labor goals, quality audit scores, and cash flow targets.

• Aircraft Readiness: Assigned widebody operations are staffed, staged, compliant, and ready before aircraft arrival.
• 100% Checklist Compliance: Ensure all operational checklists are completed accurately and on time.
• Security-Search Compliance: 100% of required certifications, training records, and search documentation current and audit-ready.
• Revenue and Labor Goals: Meet or exceed set revenue and labor goals for each location.
• Quality Audit Scores: Achieve high-quality audit scores, maintaining standards of excellence.
• Staffing Minimums: Maintain required staffing levels across all locations, including badged contingency coverage.
• Leadership Independence: Frontline leaders execute their responsibilities without escalation for routine decisions.
• Turnover Rates: Achieve low turnover rates among onsite managers and supervisors.
• Revenue Growth: Attain a 15% year-over-year revenue growth across locations.
• Cash Flow: Achieve a 35% cash flow across all locations.

• Proven experience in a managerial role with a focus on safety, operations, and client relations.
• Previous experience directly managing frontline teams and supervisors.
• Strong workforce planning, scheduling, and labor-management capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, training practices, and compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time-sensitive operations with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable enforcing performance standards and documenting accountability.
• Ability to travel consistently and manage multiple locations effectively.
• Proficiency in understanding financial reports, P&L, and achieving revenue targets.
• Experience in training, development, and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required DFW airport/SIDA credentials.

• Airline cabin services, ground handling, aircraft appearance, international airline operations, or widebody aircraft experience.
• TSA-regulated or security-sensitive operational experience.
• Experience managing airline customer relationships and service-level requirements.
• Experience launching or scaling new operational programs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Safety, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in aviation, ground handling, logistics, transportation, or a similarly fast-paced operational environment.
• Relevant certifications in safety and management are a plus.

• This role requires regular travel to multiple locations, with at least six days per month dedicated to site visits.
• Recurring onsite presence at DFW during the widebody operating window, including afternoon and evening hours.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed and be on-call for urgent issues.

Pay: $82,000-$85,000 per yearly salary
