About the Role
TrinaTracker is hiring a Regional Key Account Manager for the MEA region, based in Dubai. The role involves owning and growing strategic accounts for solar trackers across GCC and wider MEA, managing IPPs, EPCs, and giga-project developers.

Responsibilities
- Achieve tracker bookings across UAE, KSA, Oman, Egypt
- Organize and facilitate the progress, implementation, and delivery of tracker business opportunities within the region
- Lead bids. Manage LOI → contract → NTP
- Negotiate Incoterms DDP/DAP, LC terms, SARB/MOF approvals, 10 year warranty + performance bonds
- Sell TrinaTracker value: Vanguard 2P for sandy/high wind sites, SuperTrack Smart Backtracking, 0° stow
- Develop and manage key account relationships to secure and advance orders in region
- Influence specs at pre RFP stage. Host client visits to TrinaTracker factory in China/Spain
- Monitor competitor moves: pricing, localization ICV in KSA, supply chain from Jebel Ali
Requirements
- 7 10 years B2B solar sales experience
- 4+ years in trackers in MENA region
- Familiar with tracker products and various market channels
- Deep knowledge of 1P/2P trackers, wind design ASCE 7 16, IEC 62817, SCADA
- B.E./B.Tech Mechanical/Electrical. MBA preferred
- English mandatory. Arabic advantage. Mandarin a plus
- Dubai based with 60% travel to KSA, Egypt, Oman, Jordan
- UAE residency or ability to relocate to Dubai immediately

- Dubai hub covers UAE, KSA, Oman, Egypt, Jordan.
- Key projects: DEWA V, NEOM, Al Dhafra.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management & Revenue MEA: Achieve tracker bookings across UAE, KSA, Oman, Egypt.
