- Based in Riyadh, you’ll act as a trusted partner to stakeholders, champion service excellence, and ensure a seamless digital workplace experience aligned with global standards—playing a pivotal role in shaping how our teams connect, collaborate and create.
- This role is ideal if you want to:
- Lead and shape IT support across multiple offices in a dynamic, international environment.
- Combine strategic service ownership with hands-on technical delivery.
- Build and mentor a high-performing support team.
- Drive service improvement using data, insight and user feedback.
- Partner with senior stakeholders and influence the regional IT experience.
- Be at the centre of a growing regional hub with real impact.
- What you will bring to the team:
- Proven experience leading regional or end-user IT support in a multi-site environment.
- Strong customer-first mindset with confidence supporting senior stakeholders and VIPs.
- Experience driving ITSM best practices, improving service performance and understanding of key processes including incident, change and asset management.
- Expertise in Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint and experience with endpoint management tools such as Intune and Autopilot.
- Solid 2nd line troubleshooting across hardware, OS, AV, and workplace technologies.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and infrastructure environments.
- ITIL certification (or equivalent experience) is desirable.
