About the Role
Transpo Group is seeking a Regional HR Specialist in Abu Dhabi to oversee HR and administrative services, including setting up HR systems, benefit administration, employee relations, performance evaluation, training, onboarding, and immigration processes.

Responsibilities
- Promote the value of the HR role as a strategic partner to the business
- Research and assess current ME HR practices and develop a plan for programs, policies and services
- Coordinate professional development activities such as Lunch & Learn
- Administer the performance review and career development process
- Identify and deliver training programs for supervisors and employees
- Develop social activities to promote team building
- Deliver employee orientation and onboarding
- Write offer letters and prepare certificates
- Develop job descriptions
- Work closely with HR generalist and PRO on immigration paperwork
- Oversee workforce reductions related to terminations
- Administer terminations and exit interviews
Requirements
- Experience in HR and administrative services
- Knowledge of UAE and KSA labor laws

Overview
- This role will be responsible for the overall strategic delivery of Human Resources and administrative services, policies and programs and set up the HR Systems within the offices.
Specific Duties
- Promote the value of the HR role as a strategic partner to the business
- Research and assess current ME HR practices and develop a plan for programs, policies and services to meet those needs in coordination with the Business Directors.
- Coordinate the efforts of the Professional Development to schedule Lunch & Learn and other professional development activities
- Administer the performance review and career development process
- Identify and deliver training programs needed for supervisors and employees
- Develop social activities throughout the year to promote team building and social interactions with employees
- Deliver employee orientation and on boarding
- Write offer letters as needed and prepare certificates.
- Develop job descriptions
- Work closely with the HR generalist and PRO on immigration paperwork and IMS forms for the different offices.
- Oversee workforce reductions related to terminations
- Administer terminations and exit interviews
Compensation
- Pay: AED14,000.00 AED18,000.00 per month
