• We are seeking an experienced and strategic Regional Executive Director – Advanced Analytics & Business Intelligence to lead enterprise analytics, BI, data transformation, and performance intelligence across the Middle East and GCC markets.
• This executive leadership role will be responsible for driving data-led decision-making, business performance improvement, digital transformation, and enterprise intelligence across a regional USD $50M–$150M+ / AED 183M–AED 551M+ analytics and technology investment portfolio.
• The successful candidate will bring 15+ years of experience, with a strong track record of leading large-scale analytics, BI, data strategy, and transformation initiatives across complex, multi-market environments.
• ***Key Responsibilities***
• Develop and execute the regional Advanced Analytics and Business Intelligence strategy across the Middle East and GCC markets
• Lead enterprise-wide data transformation, digital reporting, and performance intelligence initiatives
• Oversee a regional USD $50M–$150M+ / AED 183M–AED 551M+ analytics, BI, data transformation, and technology investment portfolio
• Direct and influence large cross-functional teams impacting 500–1,000+ employees across regional markets
• Partner with executive leadership, country leaders, commercial teams, operations, finance, and technology stakeholders
• Drive the development of executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, predictive analytics models, and BI reporting tools
• Improve business performance through automation, data visualization, forecasting, AI-enabled insights, and enterprise reporting
• Establish strong data governance, reporting standards, analytics operating models, and performance measurement frameworks
• Translate complex data into clear strategic recommendations for senior leadership
• Identify opportunities to improve revenue growth, operational efficiency, cost optimization, customer intelligence, and market performance
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing analytics, BI, data strategy, and transformation teams
• Lead strategic initiatives to improve scalability, decision-making, and digital transformation across the region
• ***Requirements***
• Minimum of 15+ years of experience in Advanced Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Strategy, Digital Transformation, Enterprise Reporting, or related fields
• Proven experience in regional, executive, or multi-country leadership roles across the Middle East, GCC, or similar international markets
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale initiatives impacting 500–1,000+ employees across business units and regional markets
• Strong track record of managing high-value analytics, BI, data transformation, or technology portfolios
• Experience overseeing portfolios within the range of USD $50M–$150M+ / AED 183M–AED 551M+ is highly desirable
• Strong background in executive reporting, KPI management, automation, data visualization, forecasting, and enterprise analytics
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
• Ability to partner effectively with C-suite executives, country leaders, technology teams, and business stakeholders
• Experience working within UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, or broader GCC markets is strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage

• Fluent English is required
• Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage
• Additional regional or international languages are beneficial
