Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Project Manager for select projects to ensure on-time and within budget with delivery of high-quality technical designs and plans meeting project requirements.
• Oversee supervision and technical development of design staff to ensure production, establish staffing projections and scheduling, as well as quality control, review contracts, set project scope and cost proposals.
• Complete employee performance and career development goals and identify or implement appropriate training opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Director to ensure financial success of the Facilities Division.
• Responsible for developing and achieving new order business goals and maintaining existing client relationships in the region.
• Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering • NC, SC, VA P.E. registration required. • 12+ years of progressive building design experience. • Proven effective team leadership and successful project management experience. • Excellent verbal communication, presentation skills and technical writing required. • Knowledge of project performance and business operations metrics.
