What you will do:
- Gather and translate business requirements into clear, decision-enabling dashboards and analyses.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain business intelligence dashboards, ensuring consistency, usability, and high-quality user experiences.
- Manage analytics and dashboard development projects from scope definition through delivery and continuous improvement.
- Build a strong understanding of data sources, structures, and flows across CRM, ERP, and cloud platforms.
- Ensure dashboards are intuitive, actionable, and accessible to business users with minimal training.
- Maintain documentation for dashboards, data models, and related processes.
- Participate in ERP, CRM, and BI governance activities and serve as a regional point of reference for business users.
- Identify data quality issues and collaborate with stakeholders to implement sustainable improvement solutions.
- Analyze trends across regions, product lines, and business areas to uncover actionable insights and opportunities.
- Support stakeholders with ad hoc analyses and deep-dive investigations to address complex business questions.
- Partner with regional and sub-regional management teams to understand business priorities and enable informed decision-making.
- Guide and support regional users in adopting and effectively utilizing BI tools and dashboards.
- Design and deliver training sessions that increase data literacy and user adoption.
- Support leadership teams with compelling, data-driven narratives and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to automate, simplify, and improve existing reporting and analytics processes through emerging technologies and tools.
- What you need to succeed:
- Required:
- 3 to 6 years of experience in a data analytics, business intelligence, or related role.
- Proven experience developing dashboards that support real business decision-making.
- Advanced Excel and Power Pivot skills, including complex data models, pivot tables, and data analysis techniques.
- Hands-on experience with a major BI platform such as Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Strong understanding of data structures, data modelling, and working with multiple data sources.
- Experience partnering with business functions such as Sales, Operations, Finance, or Supply Chain.
- Experience collaborating with both business stakeholders and technical or IT teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Preferred:
- Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, B2B environment, or consultancy.
- Exposure to CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms and data warehouses such as Snowflake.
- Spanish language skills.
- Portuguese language skills.
- Experience identifying and implementing technology-driven process improvements and automations.
- Project management experience or a strong project management mindset.
- Experience working across multiple countries, cultures, and business environments.
