Ruan is hiring Class A CDL drivers based in Amsterdam, NY, to haul retail store product for our dedicated customer, Target. For more information, please call our Recruiting Hotline at (800) 879-7826 .
Pay
Get paid weekly while earning an average of $88,000 to $91,000 per year for overnight runs. Drivers are by paid miles, stops, and layovers, with a shift differential available for p.m. and weekend shifts. This operation provides a $50 weekly safety bonus!
Schedule
- We are currently offering a five-day workweek, consecutive days off with three to four nights out per week. Current shifts available are Thursday through Monday, typically starting between 10a.m. - 2 p.m. We offer flexible scheduling so that drivers can achieve optimal work-life balance.
Equipment
This account is 95% drop-and-hook with Sleepers and 53' dry van trailers.

Minimum Requirements
- Must be at least 22 years or older
- No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)
- No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years
- With the Department of Transportation's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile at fmcsa.dot.gov before being hired
- 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years
- Must be able to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, understand highway traffic signs and signals in English, respond to official inquiries, and make entries on reports and records
