The Regional Business Controller will provide financial leadership and commercial support across a diverse regional operation.
The role combines commercial finance, business partnering, FP&A, and financial control.
The position provides financial oversight across UAE, KSA, Egypt, and India and supports operational and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a finance partner to regional leadership, providing commercial insight, challenge, and financial guidance.
- Lead regional forecasting, profit planning, and month-end performance processes.
- Deliver management reporting and analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Partner with Country Managers and operational leadership across multiple markets.
- Support commercial projects, bids, and tender evaluations, including financial and risk assessment.
- Drive working capital performance and initiatives to improve cash generation.
