Job Summary

  • The Regional Automotive Service Director is responsible for leading and managing after sales service, maintenance, and customer service operations for the automotive sector across a specific geographic region.
  • The role aims to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction, optimize service center efficiency, and increase operational profitability, while applying global quality standards in automotive services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional after sales service strategy for the automotive sector.
  • Oversee service centers, maintenance workshops, and warranty operations.
  • Ensure achievement of Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) goals.
  • Improve operational efficiency of service centers and reduce repair time.
  • Manage financial performance of service centers and achieve profitability targets.
  • Supervise and develop technician teams and service center managers.
  • Apply quality and safety standards for automotive services.
  • Manage spare parts programs and service supply chain.
  • Analyze operational performance data and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Develop after sales service policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
  • Manage relationships with OEMs and strategic partners.
  • Oversee technical training programs and enhance team skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or Operations Management preferred.
  • At least 10 15 years of experience in the automotive sector, with at least 5 years in a regional leadership role.
  • Strong experience in after sales service, maintenance, and spare parts.
  • Knowledge of Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
  • Strong understanding of KPIs in automotive and customer service.
  • High leadership, management, and strategic skills.
  • Experience managing multiple service center networks.
  • Experience in Gulf or Saudi Arabia markets preferred.

Compensation

  • Salary: SAR 38,500.00 per month
