Role overview
The Lead Admin - Gold Loan Business oversees branch-level administrative operations across zonal networks.
The role supports smooth branch functioning, compliance, infrastructure readiness, cost control, and operational continuity.
Branch operations and facilities
- Supervise administrative activities across multiple zonal branches.
- Oversee housekeeping, security, daily branch operations, and branch issue resolution.
- Supervise preventive maintenance and implement asset management systems.
Branch expansion
- Lead new branch setup and infrastructure readiness.
- Coordinate civil and interior projects, manage vendor onboarding, and ensure timely project completion.
Compliance and reporting
- Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to internal audit standards.
- Maintain registers, prepare MIS reports, address audit queries, and manage asset lifecycle.
