Responsibilities
- Support Regional HR Head in driving regional HR processes, including performance management, expatriate management, talent management and master data management
- Collaborate with HR colleagues in the HQ and in the countries to ensure that HR programs and processes are aligned with the company's overall objectives
- Act as the HRBP for the regional headquarters, covering recruitment, performance management, payroll coordination, HR cost tracking, and other daily HR operations
- Stay up to date with HR trends and best practices to ensure that the region is able to attract and retain top talent
- Ensure compliance with all local and state employment laws, as well as company guidelines and regulations
- Provide guidance and share practical HR knowledge or process updates with country HR teams when needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Specialist or similar role
- Solid HR generalist experience with rich knowledge of HR policies, procedures and best practices
- Preferably with exposure to regional or multi country HR coordination
- Mature, responsible, detail oriented, and comfortable communicating with HR teams across countries
- Able to work independently, manage priorities, and coordinate with different stakeholders effectively
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision making
- Very good command of English language, Chinese is a preference

Job Summary
- The Regional HR Specialist supports regional HR operations and act as the HRBP for the Regional Headquarters.
- This role will work closely with the Regional HRBP, Regional Head of HR, and country HR teams to ensure effective execution of HR processes across the region.
- The ideal candidate should have solid HR operational experience, be able to work independently, and have the capability to coordinate with and guide country HR teams on key HR processes.
- This role requires strong ownership, good communication skills, and the maturity to manage cross country stakeholders.
