Basic Purpose Reviews the regulatory earned rate of return, earnings sharing calculations and revenue requirement calculations in compliance with regulations and Commission directives for state and FERC jurisdictional filings.
Reviews the fuel and purchased power recovery mechanisms and required filings as well as the completion of various state and FERC reporting requirements.
Ensures accurate and timely preparation of regulatory statements, adjustments, analyses and supporting testimony in compliance with all regulatory regulations and requirements.
Applies experience and principles, theories and concepts to resolve moderately complex pricing, financial, economic, regulatory or legislative issues.
Contributes to pricing and regulatory decisions that impact Company policy and revenues.
Works independently with guidance in only the most complex situations and performs work on special projects and/or multidisciplinary and interdepartmental projects.
Provides work direction and technical assistance to less experienced team members.
