Role Description
The Refrigeration Technician supports ice cream and frozen product manufacturing.
The role involves industrial refrigeration and HVAC system installation, operation, maintenance, and repair.
The role is full-time and on-site in the United Arab Emirates.
Daily Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and monitor refrigeration and HVAC system performance.
- Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Respond to breakdowns and coordinate with production and maintenance teams.
- Document service activities.
- Ensure work complies with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Strong preventive maintenance skills for refrigeration and HVAC systems.
- Proficiency troubleshooting refrigeration, HVAC, and related control systems.
- Knowledge of electricity and electrical safety practices.
- Hands-on maintenance and repair experience with industrial cooling equipment.
- Technical knowledge of HVAC systems, temperature control, and environmental monitoring.
- Vocational diploma or technical certification, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals and use diagnostic instruments.
- Awareness of health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
- Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Food or FMCG manufacturing experience is advantageous.
