Overview
- Service, diagnose, and repair refrigeration/cooling units for trucks, LCVs, and trailers, including Carrier Transicold and other brands.
- Accurately identify faults based on breakdowns or customer inputs and complete repairs within standard timeframes.
- Work with diverse tools, materials, and technologies while maintaining high quality, safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Operate independently under workshop supervision and contribute effectively as a team member.
- Manage day-to-day workshop activities by supporting workflow optimization and maintaining service standards.
- Ensure proper care and safe condition of personal tools, equipment, and materials.
- Strictly comply with company safety rules, implement all safety instructions, support colleagues when required, and demonstrate commitment to company values and customer satisfaction.
