Refrigeration Startup Technician

Place Services, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Refrigeration Startup Technician to be located out of the Knoxville, TN area.

The work radius is primarily in NC, AL, TN, SC, and GA.

This position will require both day and night shift work and offers a highly competitive compensation package.

The Refrigeration Startup Technician is responsible for diagnosing and repairing parallel rack refrigeration systems commonly installed in supermarkets and retail facilities.

Assist Install Team in the relocation and modification of refrigeration equipment as needed.

They will be a support to other technicians and installers as a resource for information and guidance.

• Travel to customer locations to install and set up refrigeration systems according to specifications and design plans. Ensure all components are properly connected and calibrated for efficient operation
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to refrigeration equipment; troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system problems to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
