Reformer Pilates Instructor Part-Time

• Recognized Pilates/Reformer Pilates certification is required.
• Previous experience teaching Reformer Pilates is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Pilates principles, movement, anatomy, alignment, and safe exercise execution.
• Confident teaching both beginner and experienced clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, polished, and approachable personality.
• Strong customer-service skills.
• Comfortable assisting with sales and client retention.
• Organized, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable using booking systems, WhatsApp, email, and basic administrative tools.
• Fluent English is required.
• Arabic is an advantage.
• Must be based in Dubai or able to reliably commute to Business Bay.

We are looking for someone who is more than simply a Pilates instructor.

The ideal candidate is highly knowledgeable about Reformer Pilates, confident in front of a class, attentive to clients, commercially aware, and comfortable taking ownership of both teaching and studio operations.

You should be someone who notices the small details, creates a welcoming experience for every client, and understands that excellent hospitality is just as important as excellent instruction.

• AED 5,500 - 6,500 per month
• Approximately 24–28 hours per month
• Part-time position
• Combination of Reformer Pilates teaching and administrative/studio responsibilities
• Schedule to be agreed based on studio requirements and candidate availability.
