We are seeking a driven Red Hat Brand Sales Manager to manage and grow the Red Hat business within a leading IT distribution company in Riyadh. The role focuses on channel development, partner enablement, and revenue growth across enterprise customers.

Responsibilities
- Own and drive Red Hat sales targets (licenses, subscriptions, and solutions)
- Develop and manage channel partners/resellers across KSA
- Work closely with Red Hat vendor teams for pipeline development and joint GTM activities
- Identify new business opportunities in enterprise & government sectors
- Support partners with solution positioning, commercial proposals, and deal closures
- Build and manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting
- Coordinate with presales for technical discussions and solution mapping
- Conduct partner trainings, enablement sessions, and demand generation activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree / higher diploma
- 3+ years of experience in IT distribution / channel sales
- Experience with Red Hat or similar open source solutions
- Strong partner management and channel development skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
