Millennium Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Red Team Operator to support our team in Colorado Springs, CO.

This role focuses on advanced cyber threat emulation and adversarial operations within complex enterprise and mission-critical environments.

• Conduct intelligence-driven cyber threat emulation to replicate real-world adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs)
• Support cyber exercises, operational assessments, Test & Evaluation (T&E) events, and training engagements
• Operate as part of a Red Team acting as an opposing force to evaluate system, system-of-systems, and enterprise resilience in contested cyber environments
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Red Team operations
• Assist in onboarding, mentoring, and training newly assigned Red Team operators
• Contribute to continuous improvement of offensive cyber capabilities and mission effectiveness
• Active TS/SCI Clearance.
• Bachelors degree and a minimum of three (3) years of experience OR six (6) years of experience with an Associates Degree.
