- Strong knowledge of real estate roles: brokers, PMs, MEP engineers, OA specialists, leasing agents
- Active LinkedIn presence with 10,000+ followers
- Proven broker recruitment experience for brokerage operations

Overview

What we're looking for
- Experience hiring at Emaar, Binghatti, Sobha, or a comparable Tier 1 developer
- Ability to recruit across all levels — senior management down to frontline staff
- Strong knowledge of real estate roles: brokers, PMs, MEP engineers, OA specialists, leasing agents
- Active LinkedIn presence with 10,000+ followers
- Proven broker recruitment experience for brokerage operations
Great to have
- RERA / DLD regulatory knowledge
- Existing MEP & OA talent pipeline
- ATS experience (Bayt, Naukrigulf, LinkedIn Recruiter)
- GCC multi country hiring background
- Employer branding & social hiring content skills
Compensation
- Salary: 7,000 – 10,000 AED/month
