Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist based in Jeddah.
The Recruitment Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process to ensure the selection of qualified talent.
Additional responsibilities include collaborating with department heads to identify hiring needs, facilitating effective training programs for new hires, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
Strong organizational and communication skills will be critical for success in this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting processes, including managing job postings, sourcing candidates, and coordinating interviews
- Strong Interviewing and Communication skills for effectively engaging with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Experience in Training, with the ability to design and deliver onboarding materials and programs
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and employment best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment
- Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial recruitment is an added advantage
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Familiarity with Saudi labor market and Saudization requirements
- Experience with HR systems (preferably ZenHR or similar)
