Role Overview
Recruitment specialist role requiring 8–10 years of pure recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
Candidates must come from a pure recruitment background rather than generalist HR.
Requirements
- Substantial recruitment experience in hospitality, airline cabin crew or ground staff, or cruise liner industries is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Comfort working at a fast pace across multiple branches and travelling frequently.
- Ability to build rapport with candidates, agencies, institutes, and internal stakeholders.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
Skills and Knowledge
- Working knowledge of ATS and job portals such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Bayt, Indeed, GulfTalent, and Naukri.
- Familiarity with hospitality, airline, and cruise-specific recruitment channels.
- Familiarity with UAE labour law and visa processes is preferred.
- A valid UAE driving license is preferred for the multi-branch travel requirement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end hiring activities.
- Conduct specialist sourcing.
