Role Overview

  • MMC Group is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to support a focused recruitment programme across our businesses.
  • This is a hands on recruitment role for someone who enjoys sourcing talent, headhunting, interviewing and securing hires.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple recruitment assignments across MMC Group companies.
  • Advertise vacancies and develop sourcing strategies.
  • Proactively headhunt and approach passive candidates.
  • Conduct candidate screening and first round interviews.
  • Assess candidate suitability, motivation and cultural fit.
  • Verify salary expectations, notice periods and reasons for career moves.
  • Prepare candidate recommendations and hiring summaries.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage recruitment processes through to offer acceptance.
  • Build talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple business functions and levels.
  • Proven experience sourcing and headhunting candidates directly.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Ability to distinguish between a strong CV and a genuinely capable candidate.
  • Ability to make clear candidate recommendations.
  • Previous agency recruitment experience is highly desirable.
  • UAE recruitment market experience preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, founder led environment.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability and professional judgement.

Contract Details

  • Fixed term contract for an initial period of 3 to 6 months.
  • May be extended based on business requirements and performance.
