- Previous agency recruitment experience highly desirable
- UAE recruitment market experience preferred

The Role
- Recruitment Specialist (Fixed Term Contract – 3 to 6 Months) in Dubai, UAE.
- MMC Group is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to support a focused recruitment programme across our businesses, including MENA Assistance, TRAC, Awesome Media Productions and CarPal Technologies.
- This is a hands on recruitment role for someone who enjoys sourcing talent, headhunting candidates, conducting interviews and securing high quality hires.
- This role is responsible for identifying, attracting, assessing and securing high quality talent across a broad range of functions including operations, finance, human resources, creative, marketing, technology and corporate support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple recruitment assignments across MMC Group companies.
- Advertise vacancies and develop sourcing strategies.
- Proactively headhunt and approach passive candidates.
- Conduct candidate screening and first round interviews.
- Assess candidate suitability, motivation and cultural fit.

- Ability to make clear candidate recommendations rather than simply presenting applications.
- Previous agency recruitment experience is highly desirable.
- UAE recruitment market experience preferred.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, founder led environment.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability and professional judgement.

Contract Details
