Job Description
We are looking for an experienced **Blue-Collar Recruiter** specializing in the recruitment of **Heavy Vehicle Drivers** .The ideal candidate must have strong sourcing skills, especially in identifying and mobilizing candidates from **Punjab region (India)**.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist **Heavy Vehicle Driver** candidates for UAE operations
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviews, documentation, and mobilization
- Coordinate with agencies, local contacts, and referral networks
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Ensure timely onboarding and compliance with UAE requirements
Requirements
- Minimum **2–3 years** experience in blue-collar recruitment
- Strong experience hiring **Heavy Vehicle Drivers**
- Ability to source candidates from **Punjab (preferred)**
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet urgent hiring timelines
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Recruiters with strong networks in Punjab
- Experience in high-volume driver recruitment
- Familiarity with UAE visa and mobilization procedures
