Responsibilities
- Manage end to end hiring process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating selection decisions
- Develop and update job descriptions and prepare job postings
- Leverage multiple channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals to attract talent
- Maintain candidate records and ensure positive candidate experience
- Support onboarding activities for new hires
- Track recruitment metrics and ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations
- Collaborate with management to forecast and plan staffing needs

- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in job description development
- Hands on experience in recruiting and hiring
- Demonstrated interviewing skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws is preferred
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Arabic) are beneficial
