Responsibilities
- Manage the end to end recruitment process for blue collar workers across multiple specializations
- Handle a high volume of applications from international candidates
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications and fit for the company culture
- Coordinate with various departments to understand their staffing needs and requirements
- Maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process
- Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other relevant platforms
- Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities to the HR Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the construction or manufacturing industries
- Proven experience in handling high volume recruitment processes
- Strong understanding of blue collar recruitment and various industry specializations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws

- We are seeking a proactive and experienced Recruiting Officer to join our HR team.
Key Responsibilities
