Role Description
- The Owner role at Four + is a full time, on site position based in Belgrade.
- The Owner is responsible for setting the company’s strategic direction, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring the business meets financial and performance goals.
- Typical tasks include managing budgets, monitoring sales and service quality, coordinating with suppliers and partners, and making decisions on investments, pricing, and resource allocation.
- The role involves leading and mentoring team members, establishing clear objectives, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- The Owner also represents the company in external meetings, negotiates contracts, and identifies new market opportunities to support sustainable growth.
Qualifications
- Strong business management skills, including strategic planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
- Experience in operations management, with the ability to organize workflows, optimize resources, and ensure service quality.
- Proficiency in leadership and people management, including hiring, coaching, and motivating team members.
- Solid communication and negotiation skills for working with clients, partners, and vendors.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and implement effective business development initiatives.
- Comfort with making data informed decisions, solving complex problems, and managing risk.
- Prior experience in owning or managing a business, or in a senior management role, is highly beneficial.
- Relevant education in business, management, finance, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Fluency in English and local language, and willingness to work on site in Belgrade.
